Term and Condition Wholesale Discount

Shipping

Shipping will be charge for all wholesale discount items. Free shipping doesn’t apply for wholesale discount items.

We normally ship all items in stock within 1-5 business days from the time your order is received.  Most shipping orders are shipped through UPS Ground.  Actual shipping time may vary according to your UPS Zone.  Most cases, this will be 5-14 business days. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control might increase the time of delivery.  Holiday seasons, large orders, and special orders.

We open every set of glass to make sure no pieces are broken (and that all 6 pc are there) before she ships it - every light bulb is plugged in (to the lamp base) to make sure it works. Each shade is checked to make sure it isn't broken.

Wholesale Discount Handling Charge

There will be a handle charge for all wholesale discount items. Every item will have $6.00 per item Wholesale Discount Handling Charge. This cost goes to the time it takes to handle these large orders.

Returns

There will be no returns on wholesale discount items. All sales are final. However if there is a problem with the order please contact us at contact@magictouchlamp.com

Warranties

All our Touch Lamps carry a 1 year warranty on the touch sensor (this is the part that makes all touch lamps work). If the lamp quits working for any reason (Lightning, power surges, falls off the table), send the sensor back to us in the mail and we will send you a new one.

Utah Sales Tax

MagicTouchLamp.com does not charge sales tax on orders places outside the state of Utah.  If you place an order within the state of Utah, then you will be charged an additional 6.25% for sales tax.

Cancellations

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations for an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Please e-mail contact@magictouchlamp.com to cancel an order.
