Magic Touch Lamp shipping charges are based on the size, weight and destination zone of the product ordered. Express delivery or second day delivery is extra.

We normally ship all items in stock within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received. Most shipping orders are shipped through UPS Ground. Actual shipping time may vary according to your UPS Zone. Most cases, this will be 4-10 business days.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control might increase the time of delivery. Holiday seasons, large orders, and special orders.

We open every set of glass to make sure no pieces are broken (and that all 6 pc are there) before she ships it - every light bulb is plugged in (to the lamp base) to make sure it works. Each shade is checked to make sure it isn't broken.

We frequently run “free-shipping” offers on select products or groups of products. “Free-shipping” refers to standard shipping. Our free shipping offers are available to the lower 48, continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii or Alaska.

We accept returns within 2 weeks-original packing undamaged-full refund (not shipping) - customer pays for shipping. In the event that you need to return a product, please email us at contact@magictouchlamp.com for return instructions. Refund will be given the same way you pay.

All our Touch Lamps carry a 1 year warranty on the touch sensor (this is the part that makes all touch lamps work). If the lamp quits working for any reason (Lightning, power surges, falls off the table), send the sensor back to us in the mail and we will send you a new one.

MagicTouchLamp.com does not charge sales tax on orders places outside the state of Utah. If you place an order within the state of Utah, then you will be charged an additional 6.85% for sales tax.

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations for an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please e-mail contact@magictouchlamp.com to cancel an order.
