How does our free shipping promotion works?We frequently run “free-shipping” offers on select products or groups of products. “Free-shipping” refers to standard shipping. Our free shipping offers are available to the lower 48, continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii or Alaska.
What is your returns policy?Have confidence in ordering at MagicTouchLamp.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, then let us know. We accept returns within 2 weeks-original packing undamaged-full refund (not shipping) - customer pays for shipping. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 2 weeks In the event that you need to return a product, please Contact Us for return instructions. Refund will be given the same way you pay.
Why is there sales tax when I’m purchasing online?Magic Touch Lamp is required by certain states to charge sales tax on online orders. Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges in Utah. We do not add sales tax unless we are required by law to do so.
What kind of credit card payments do you accept?Magic Touch Lamp accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.
How do your coupon promotions work?Simply enter the Magic Touch Lamp coupon code in your shopping cart at checkout. Your cart will update with the promotion specific to your code.
What is your warranty policy?All our Touch Lamps carry a 1 year warranty on the touch sensor (this is the part that makes all touch lamps work). If the lamp quits working for any reason (Lightning, power surges, falls off the table), send the sensor back to us in the mail and we will send you a new one.
